continue education courses scholarships that pay for you to transition into nursing Understand CEO, COO, Nursing Director

Cons

parking is awful if working a pm shift, the Aides don't have the option to work 12 hrs shift unless working in the ER to apply for Float pool you have to certified but to apply at the hospital you don't.
