Pros

Community has various sites that afford many services inclusive of medical and other needs that avail the many needs and vigilant care.

Cons

Community, no matter the care it provides, still needs to understand that many of the mature staff should be seen as having experience that many of the younger staff may not acquired.

Great place to build a career. Senior management is approachable and I have been able to establish a great rapport with many. Company promotes hiring from within which is a plus.

Cons

Some departments lack standardization of management.
