Pros

for me it's better working at a small hospital than it was at the bigger hospitals I've worked at. the pay is okay they offered me more than most places did here in Montgomery Al. the workload varies from light to heavy. overall the management and staff are easy to work with. on the floor i work on the schedule is great 7 on 7 off

Cons

no raises, no security, one time clock downstairs can be inconvenient when you are running late, some of the equipment could use updating or replacing, more training would be helpful for those who are new to the profession
