Pros

Great place to build a career. Senior management is approachable and I have been able to establish a great rapport with many. Company promotes hiring from within which is a plus.

Cons

Some departments lack standardization of management.

Pros

This is a small hospital with low pt to caregiver ratios. The administration does a good job of addressing problems and is very fair.

Cons

Since this is a small hospital with a highly fluctuating census, there is always a possibility that you may have your shift cancelled.

Good shifts and the shuttle bus

Cons

Alot of backbiting by grown women and management. Lack of communication among management and employees and unfairness when it comes to expectations. Horrible Parking.
