      Management can be great, working with individuals is fulfilling. Awesome benefits, lots of PTO time. The company works hard at making staff feel valued and appreciated.

      Cons

      Hard to have a good work life balance, and office politics in management can be ridiculous. Diversity and a inclusion efforts can be improved
