They are not "with the times" ....was told NOT to hire people with tattoos or non conservative hair styles. You have to be a MALE to gain any advancement. Make sure you don't make the wrong people upset or you will have a target on your back. They are better to NEW employees than the ones that have been their for years. This particular bank will probably never thrive fully, because it is ran by an older generation who doesn't see advantage through technology or social media. I do feel that employees are underpaid. Keep in mind NOTHING is confidential.....everyone will find out your business.

The position was very repetitive and the movement upward was rather slow.
