Fair pay and good hours! The company takes care of you and there is plenty of room to move up.

Pros

Management and staff are incredibly helpful, always willing to listen to what you have to say, and quite often are in your corner. The culture is very friendly and you can at least enjoy working with your colleagues. Plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

At the beginning of the pandemic, a very unique procedure of handling contact between staff and clients/customers was employed. One branch in particular were given reaching/grabbing "claws" that were quite humorous and eccentric but not something everyone would like to see when being handed their cash (especially the coins); and some departments do not work well with others.
