Cons

Complete lack of autonomy is roles, transparency and respect for the individual. Entire teams were treated like cogs in a machine. Doctor-led company without knowledge of running a business. A startup attempting to operate like a 90s old school business. Not adaptable. Zero culture. Senior management with zero people skills leading teams due to historical product knowledge, continuing the spiral of poor culture and work life balance.
