Good pay and great people and leaders in Sydney, AUS.

Cons

Company was taken over with a group a few years ago and since then they had plan to move technical support to cheaper countries without caring about quality. Despite them denying this, it eventually happened in 2024 with no team in AUS. Not truth-worthy leadership for sure.

Nice to place to work with some great people who strive to make a difference.

Cons

HR team is for the company. Many HR leaders have a pack mentality and don't manage to keep people but to manage out top performers.

Very high stress level. Huge push to outsource Support at the expense of Customer satisfaction and their own reputation.
