Pros

Amazing thing at Commvault was that even as an intern i could work on the same things as my senior colleagues. Also, you can learn and contribute to any subsystem that you like alongside your main team.

Cons

Recently stock price went down..

Pros

Its almost like a family. One of the best places to grow and work! Everyone is highly motivated and driven

Cons

Work hours are flexible and the boundary may get blurred. But naturally for me it was more about the love for improving the software
