      Cons

      Super toxic environment from the top down, they weaponize their core values to justify micromanaging. Far too many managers per team, I had 7 on mine, for 15 reps, so they’re all constantly trying to just their role with some new harebrained that only gets in the way of getting business done.

      Decent Company with High Stress

      Pros

      On-site Gym, Cafeteria, Game Room, Health Clinic, Basketball Hoops, Locker Room

      Cons

      Stress, High volume phone calls, with expectation to perform while searching for own list/research. Pressure starts after core, each quarter your targets increase. Pretty normal in a sales position, what is failed to be mentioned is the high turnover rate which effects your Quarterly Targets. If someone leaves or is let go, their target gets shared between your team members.

      Cons

      -fear culture -sexist environment/pro-men -micromanagement and belittling -lots of turnover -seems like the company is going downhill -controlling atmosphere
