I made more money (annual salary+commissions) at CompHealth than I had previously made in my sales career.
Cons
Upper management is completely incompetent. Many of the middle managers don't know how to train reps to do their jobs and are extremely poor at team management. Culturally it's one of the worst places to work.
Tough job. Don't listen to what they tell you first week of training. You're easily replaceable. They say it's about culture but it's definitely not. I get it, it's a sales role and you have to perform but don't lie to your employees.
