CompQsoft cares about the employees. They will help out in any way they can whether it be regarding work or your personal life. Benefits are good, and have three weeks personal time off. The teams I work with are great. The COO, HR Director, IT Director I have worked with and they are the best!

Benefits are improving slowly year-over-year; health insurance premiums actually flat this year. No micro-managing; if you do your work well you get left alone.

Cons

Understaffed on some contracts which means when a key person gets a new job or retires, there's a huge loss of knowledge.
