You will be resource-hungry. Operations are very compartmentalized and not well-provisioned. Tasking requirements do not come with the necessary resources in a timely fashion. Managerial decisions are fluid and seemingly subject to whim instead of a schedule.

CompQSoft, despite being a smaller company, has a robust team that was able to hire me and get me onboarded within a week, and shipped out to the client the next Tuesday. They were upfront in their hiring process and have been consistently available and supportive.
