Pros

At CompanyCam people really care about achieving the end goal together. Look around and you'll find a (physical or virtual) room filled with low egos and high engagement. Leadership here does a pretty great job of protecting employees from BS that distracts them from getting work done.

Cons

I'm 6 months in and have yet to experience a significant con.

Pros

Truly amazing culture. They give unlimited vaca and actually require you to use it. They talk a big game about caring for your mental health, and they back it up with support when things get real in life. There is a really young, hip, and positive vibe going on (YOU don’t have to be young or hip, but it’s good if you enjoy that vibe). People are talented and chill, and have very balanced egos. Super friendly and collaborative environment.

Cons

There are cons as with any place, but none that I feel are worth mentioning… they all balance out or make sense given the current state of the business (like growing pains).
