      coworkers okay benefits lack of managment

      Cons

      manager does nothing and is never around. dont have the correct tools to do the job. no sales training by manager, favortism, low pay, no room for promotion. Higher ups dont care about anyone but top performers.

      Pros

      Benefits are awesome, everyone is super nice, management cares about your success and wants you to make as much money as possible, get to quote through a lot of great A-rated carriers, overall great onboarding experience.

      Cons

      Once you go onto plan they cut your salary (with the expectation of earning higher commission with sales).

      The people here are great.

      Cons

      Our role is a unappreciated role and we do not get compensated for the work we do. There is little to no room to promote. Salary is about 20k below livable wage.
