Pros

This company had good comp if you were a good sales person.

Cons

Worst managers. You spend half your time combatting your sales manager, who has this unique position of having nothing to do and doesn't care about sales whatsoever, since most of their job is done by the higher ups and due to the lack of structure of their job. If you want to find the worst sales managers possible in the insurance industry, it's most likely this company. That in my opinion has ended up affecting how much money you can make.

Pros

• Health benefits and 401K on first day of job

Cons

• Limited access to carriers based on restrictions that they do not disclose at the time of hire. •Almost impossible to sell to someone who is shopping based on all the restrictions. We are a lot higher in many cases than the same carrier with a different agency •commission checks are received 2-3 months after selling a policy • they can drop the commission that you receive from a carrier at any time. •they require you to sell a certain amount of life insurance even if you are exceeding your P&V quota. They will put you on a performance plan if it’s not met •commission for life insurance is very low compared to other agencies
