Pros

Agent focused tools and employees that free up brokers to drive business sales. Top end web based technical tools to easily create sales material, innovate web site for clients to use, fun and team focused working enviroment.

Cons

Need to learn new tools and how to use them. Instead of using MLS website use Compass site and takes some time to get used to to, but plenty of technical support personal to help you with the learning process.

The Compass "cons" list is non-existent. I honestly cannot identify one negative. I most certainly have found where I belong.
