The culture at Compass is amazing. Every single person I've come across (about 750) has been friendly, collaborative, and really smart. As I write this, I can imagine people reading this being skeptical. I totally get it, because Compass is so different from any other company I've come across in my 32 years of being in the workforce. But when you work for a company that has some of the following principles, hopefully, you will understand - #DreamBig, #CollaborateWithoutEgo, and #BounceBackWithPassion. Since I'm fortunate to have a very strong network of friends throughout the country, I get one or two calls a week from people that are considering applying to Compass for a job. I love these calls because I can hear the excitement in my friends' voices when I share with them what Compass is all about. I’m so happy and proud to say I work for Compass.

Having recently entered the real estate industry, there was some concern that I might end up at a place that does not fully care about me as a person. I have felt completely welcomed and genuinely engaged since I entered the building, and have found my colleagues to be caring and passionate.

Cons

Real estate is a commission game, so don't come into it expecting a paycheck to just be handed to you.
