Cons
There is no sense of "community" within the staff.
Many staff members eat in their office with their door closed.
Onboarding is very rushed/lack of organization.
Management do not say hello when they see you in the halls.
The gossip here is out of control. The Pathways office has a particular problem. The staff there are rude, mean, and unprofessional. They treat anyone ‘below’ them (e.g. new staff/lower position/students) like complete garbage. I do not recommend working here.
