There is no sense of "community" within the staff. Many staff members eat in their office with their door closed. Onboarding is very rushed/lack of organization. Management do not say hello when they see you in the halls.

There were opportunities for students to become involved, particularly within the agency.

Because we are working with real people it can be often hard to get experience with service users a they often only want to work with the social worker rather than the student.
