Pros

Lot's of good things at Compass Digital Labs. The culture is amazing, management is great. The pay is very competitive, lots of growth within the company.

Cons

no real cons, everyone is friendly and easy to work with. The company does a great job understanding each of it's employee's.

-being on Contract is unpredictable and most employees are hired like this -you can be suddenly let go without any notice or reason
