-being on Contract is unpredictable and most employees are hired like this -you can be suddenly let go without any notice or reason

Hybrid schedule. Many of the pros have faded over the years.

Cons

Management changed 3 times in 3 years. Corporate restructuring did not benefit the network team. Network team is treated the worst in the entire company despite being essential workers to daily operations. Pay is also fairly minimal. Work/life balance and promotion opportunity has decreased with time.
