Pros

Great for temporary work like an intern or outsourcing firm looking for contracts. Intelligent PMs, designers, and QA.

Cons

Offshore and full-time devs work on the same low complexity work and both (yes both) fill out weekly timesheets. This creates a real fear of being replaced. You’ll spend more time going over poor offshore code then your own . Tthere's presently high turn over across different roles (technical and other).

1) Get to work on the latest cutting edge technology 2) Multiple teams 3) Smart co-workers

Cons

1) Product team needs to be more pro-active with setting realistic goals for the teams and not change them randomly. 2) Salary could be better so people don't leave
