-management forces people to be on phones and they do not cooperate with switching evem if you have disabilities

The ability to handle a variety of customer contact - via email, chat, and also phones - is a standard job requirement and we will work with our employees and their healthcare providers as needed.

Pros

I can't say enough great things about Compass. The company truly cares about their associates and embraces diversity. Work/life balance is absolutely respected and most associates are able to work remotely. The leadership team regularly requests feedback about how to make the company even better and communicates frequently. The company is investing in people and tools that will ensure success well into the future. I highly recommend working at Compass.
