As I always emphasize to everyone, my experience at Compass has been unique and exceptional. It stands out as the only company I've ever worked for that genuinely prioritizes its employees. Compass consistently goes above and beyond in taking care of us and offering unwavering support. This commitment extends from our managers all the way up to the highest levels of the management team; there are no exceptions or discrimination – it's a culture of care for everyone. A testament to Compass's exceptional care is the unforgettable and deeply touching response to Typhoon Rai. When disaster struck, Compass ensured our well-being. They provided shelter and financial assistance without hesitation, with no consideration of the cost of accommodation. Their sole focus was on the safety and security of their employees and their families. I will forever be grateful for being a part of the Compass Family, a company that truly stands by its commitment to its employees' well-being and safety.

Cons

I don't necessarily view this as a downside, but rather as an observation. While Compass is known for its kindness and support towards employees, it's possible that some individuals who have not fully embraced this opportunity for personal growth and improvement might continue their behavior. However, I believe Compass is actively addressing this issue and working to enhance its processes. I am pleased to note that the company is actively striving for improvement, and I am content with the new and refined processes that are being implemented. > Approachable Leadership > They have an open-door policy. :) > The Leadership will always find a way to not only support their team members but also find ways to have a much more fun working environment! > Competitive Salary!!! And Merch (I can't wait for customer service week this October!!) > Their Clients are very approachable as well! > Prepared Training / Learning Hubs for a much more efficient way to learn about processes. > Salary always on time and accurate, haven't had any experience sending disputes or delays. > In general! Awesome place to work if you like to start a career and have developments!

> I wish Compass could find other systems that would omit the punch issues with our time-tracking software.
