The pay sucks , should get paid a lot more than what this company offers you , it should be 15 an hour with all the housekeeping duties we are required to do as discharge people , plus health insurance cost is expensive ;( when you get hired to do discharges and end up cleaning around the whole hospital , no help and leadership don’t help , some the workers have mean personalities ,in respectful to the leaders and not wanting to do thorough jobs , they want to skip in their cleanings , ( such as cleaning the beds even , they skipping ! seen with own eyes but Nothing gets done about it . Leaders don’t take the time to really inspect rooms to make sure All is clean . Plus they need to make sure people are doing their jobs instead of some these workers texting and talking on their phones at their jobs !

Not the best pay for how hard you work. Corporate culture is not for everyone.
