You do a job for two in one. When you ask for help its almost like an insult to them, You come home sore and tired and burnt out. Management gets to sit in their comfy office spaces while cooks and prep and everyone in kitchen slaves away.

Horribly toxic management that screams and verbally berates you, zero commuter benefits or discounts, not enough lockers or space in break room, arbitrary rules (I got written up for having an “unexcused absence” despite the fact I literally had a doctors note from Urgent Care, management will switch your schedule at the last minute without telling you and then punish you for not checking the app. I’ve had a wide variety of jobs but never been as miserable as I was with Compass.
