Strong company with tremendous growth. Although a large company, they allow you to make decisions and think for yourself.

Cons

Depending on the sector, there is often a lot of politics and layers to work through to get what you need to be successful. Compensation and benefits are good for the hospitality industry.

I received some excellent training while I was with Compass They have an excellent discount program with other companies

Cons

I have always been highly driven and accomplish much in the course of my work day. This corporation is thriving, and yet their pay is low for the unbelievable amount of work expected each day. My General Manager worked at least 60 hours a week, most of it office work and nothing to do with the actual operation.
