Easy work, great coworkers, fantastic environment, free lunch, nice events, grounded management, flexible schedule.

Cons

Low-ish pay, but not bad at all for the area. Commute was long to get there, coworkers were typically full time lifers, which can be a drag sometimes. Kitchen staff (like anywhere) were sketchy at times, but the dish and prep folks were awesome.
