Pros
Easiest work I've done in the last couple years, rewarding to make a difference in the lives of residents, good team, reasonable pay and benefits.
Cons
Upper management expect the impossible, cut down staff size and ask for more from remaining staff. Beg for overtime and then punish us for said overtime. PTO expires and doesn't get paid out if management refuses to give you time off to use it.
