Diversity is awesome. There is a whole week devoted to it.

Cons

Difficult for some to get promoted, even when recommended by their manager. But for others (with the right people involved) it is very easy.

Good hours if you have children still in school.

Cons

It's an embarrassment to admit to working for Chartwells in Midland, MI. Management does not value employees. Even when a school brags how much they love you, management will cut you down & twist your weakness into failures. They blame servers for lack of sales rather than bad menu. Laugh off any harassement & say "You're too sensitive". The Compass Group USA of ethics is a joke in Midland, MI.
