No professional development opportunities (requests were denied throughout my time at compass) Culture (completely dependant on manager; much more HR support for the sectors that roll up to corporate but none for corporate themselves) PAY - decent pay for employees coming in with no experience but extremely slow salary growth with extreme jumps in responsibilities and skills. No equilibrium. No pay transparency, and terrible year end review process (not required for managers to talk to you about their comments or reveal the merit increase structure)
