Pros

You will get paid biweekly.

Cons

Management is in discord. Staff knows everyone's business. There is no such thing as confidentially or privacy. There is not enough staff. The rule is so many workers per square feet and when staff leaves they are seldom replaced. When you are a good worker, they give you the work of other staff that do not do their own work. Little to no training. When trained, the staff will encourage you to not return. There is not enough time to say what all the cons are.

Life and Work Balance Great Management Teamwork

Cons

- Minimum Wage. - Constant Restocking due to Employees taking Office and Kitchen Supplies home. - Employees not taking no for an answer and non-understanding, leading them to becoming Rude and Unfair. - Receptionists dont really last long so results into constantly having to cover the front desk and takes away time from restocking your floors, delivering packages, setting up meetings, etc.
