Pros
Great host site to work at. Host site includes contractors in many of their worker wellbeing programs,. Compass itself has good healthcare.
Cons
You've got a hospitality company employing experienced lab workers as contractors. Unfortunately, there is no growth with this company and little appreciation for going over and beyond what's required of you. Salary is hourly and does not reflect experience and education. PTO is dismal; you don't acquire additional leave hours for years worked. Upper leadership does not invest in your happiness and will not advocate for you. At the end of the day, you are expendable because you are a contractor serving a client.
