Unfair hiring practices. The company shows preferential treatment toward the younger, bew-hires, placing them in the higher paid positions and placing the older employees in lower paid positions, including the dishroom. The dishroom, which occupies the bottom of the pay scale, is made up of entirely older employees. People in their 40's and over.

The crazy amount of "paperwork" and tracking that's done. I get that this is a large company and at some units there is enough people to assign all the different tasks too, but I'm a small chef/manager unit and at times it seems that I'm having to spend too much time at my desk instead of taking care of clients. Most of the time I'm able to manage my time so as to pull it off, but I can only imagine how bad it could get if I didn't do that.
