Pros
Good pay, benefits, opportunities for internal promotion and ways to move roles/grow your career within the company. They're great about promoting educational/training opportunities as well so people can continue growing & enhancing their skills.
Cons
Lack of diversity in management and many departments. Too often there are "too many hands in the pot" that have to make decisions therefore decisions can be slow and not streamlined. Tough to have work-life balance on a regular basis. VERY POOR with communications.
