      I have worked for Compass Group for 19 years and have had several different job opportunities, each one better than the previous one. I have never had a reason to leave.

      At a time when Healthcare is one of the hottest Political and Social hot buttons facing our country Compass Group is the industry leader in bending the curve. First we recognize that the main driver of controlling the spiraling costs of healthcare is prevention. We do this by executing our credo which is that Nutrition and Wellness go hand in hand. As a Professional Chef for over 35 years in the private sector, I have found new inspiration in being at the for front of delivering healthy food and education to our patients around the country.

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good for the position. I was a Barista.

      Cons

      No tips as a barista. No one to ever cover your shifts. They work on a points system for absences and being late and it's very strict and almost unachievable. If you're someone that catches sick ever you shouldn't work here. Not a personable company, they only care about numbers and profit.
