They provided a company car, gas card, cc, computer, mobile phone and let you work from home.

Cons

Lots of windshield time, computer work, and paper work.

Good quality of life. Great benefits.

Cons

Working hours are non-stop action. Upper management pushed to reach goals and it follows through management and hourlies. Can we overwhelming and a beat down, but too be expected in this industry.

They provide ongoing job training and encourage employees to explore new opportunities within the company by promoting and transferring within. Where you start is not where you are stuck.

Cons

Depending on which contract you're with, work/life balance is difficult. Expectations can be exhausting and there is not always flexibility. Many times it feels like they are more concerned with keeping the client happy than its employees.
