      Great team members, hard but rewarding work, and excellent training opportunities

      plentiful opportunities to pursue additional training and certifications to better meet the needs of clients strong collaborative culture and an excellent group of people to spend 40+ hours a week with

      company as a whole not necessarily WISe Program has some opportunities for improvement. I was less than impressed with some of the Union contract terms.
