Compass is touted for it being a tech company in the industry, so it tries to be forward thinking and tries to get a lot of tech tools for you to use to improve your daily work flow.
Cons
For whatever reason its almost like the devs for the compass platform is disconnected from the actual business. The features and how they are used are more of a negative than a positive. Also a lot of manual work is required on the back end to keep the platform working seamlessly for agents.
