Honest engagement in the exchange of ideas and remedies is unmatched. This is a true "team work" environment. We all root for one another and it comes from a genuine place - no ego, no hidden agenda. LEADERSHIP is top-notch! In order to create such a place as this "it" has to start at the top and with Compass it shows in every area of the company. Compass is not afraid to try something new and different and even if it doesn't work it's viewed as an opportunity in which WE can learn and grow. Stepping away from Traditional real estate is truly 'disruptive' and refreshing - it's what the industry really needs. Cons
Not as structured as you would think, but, that's the nature of a start up. It's actually not a "con", per se, as this type of environment allows for the free flow of ideas, exchanges and the incorporation of various methodologies in attaining a common shared goal.
