Company lacks onboarding training and transparency in their communication

Amazing work/life balance and schedule flexibility.

Cons

The training is minimum, there is no follow up from managers to see how training is going or get feedback. There is no shadowing nor hands on training, all of it is virtual. You might get hired for one position but will change it without negotiating title, responsibilities, and/or salary. Overall it has been a terrible

Work/life balance, gym reimbursement, stock options. Compass' mission to remove the antiquation of real estate is extremely exciting.

Cons

Disrespectful and extremely one-sided leadership. Be prepared to be blindsided by toxic leadership styles and communication.

Cons

Not a lot of cons but Growing and Everchanging software and technology requires constant time for classes and strategic planning, meetings.
