The Compass culture is one of inclusion. I have found that everyone has a desire to serve one another.

Cons

One of the challenges at Compass is there seems to be a lack of order. Everyone is busy trying to do a great job, but it doesn't feel very cohesive.

Exceptional team work and culture! The technology platform and support are phenomenal! The overall support that agents, and staff receive is unmatched and work-life balance is possible. Agents are at the heart of everything that is achieved, and staff members are highly valued!

Cons

Nothing!! We all cannot wait until we have permanent office spaces in NC for our culture to take hold and flourish!

I don't see much cons but found some teams are management heavy. I don't see any problem now but this might be a concern in the long run.
