Pros

- team collaboration - nice offices (if you’re lucky enough to work in a new office) - CEO is very personable and open to feedback. - Pretty good benefits

Cons

- Too much coming at you at once - Way too many avenues to find answers - Training is self guided and not everyone learns the best that way - Agents will reach out to you past working hours or over the weekend. - systems and processes need to be better established

Cons

Sometimes have to dig deep to find the right answer/person/solution, but this could partly be happening since many employees are remote.
