C-Suite executives have made very bad decisions and share no burden of their failures with the staff. The systems they invested so much money in is cumbersome across the board from agents to the staff. There was a whole expansion region that was unstaffed for a long time that resulted in a huge loss of agents. Our leaders have no clue how to lead.

The company has severe leadership issues. Salaries are way below industry standards. There's a total lack of transparency regarding business decisions. The company has a flawed business model and is trying to reach profitability by cutting employee' benefits (it started with gym reimbursements, then health insurance benefits, then stock bonuses, etc.) and firing people. Since this will not be enough, it will have to raise agent fees which will undoubtedly lead to retention issues.
