      Pros

      Everyone who works at Compass are rock stars. The culture is great - employee outings, happy hours, etc. The whole team knows how to produce great work and have a good time. I see Compass growing into a household name and really taking over the industry.

      Cons

      Not ideal for those who need to be micromanaged. Those who will go far can take an idea and run with it, great with follow-up, and are quick on their toes

      Pros

      Smart Smart Smart! That's what I would say about the people who work at Compass! They really focus on hiring the best staff and have incredibly high standards! Kind decent people who care about doing the right thing and about helping agents grow their business. It is exciting to work at a start up but this really isn't a start up since real estate has been around for generations. It is a future oriented environment which is inspiring.

      Cons

      The technological environment here is so progressive that if you aren't paying attention you will fall behind.

      Pros

      I'm so happy that I landed at Compass! The people here are intelligent, highly driven and collaborative. Leadership is open to feedback and is truly driving a company committed to it's values and mission. I feel inspired by the people around me everyday and cannot wait to see what's in store for this world-class company.

      Cons

      Be ready for a fast paced environment. It's fun, but you have to be ready to work hard.
