Compass is full of smart, motivated people who are genuinely excited about growing the company. The level of talent transcends all levels and regions, and has not been compromised to accommodate rapid growth. There is incredible room for personal development at Compass if you are eager and willing to take on responsibility.

Cons

Compass is intense and fast-moving - this is not for everyone.

The culture of the company is fresh and progressive. It cares about the happiness of the staff and agents. Literally, every person I have met is professional and will go the extra mile to get the job done. It makes coming to work a pleasure.

Between the time I signed my offer letter to my first day, every member of my team and the CEO reached out to me to welcome me to Compass. From Day 1, I was given a long-term project that would effect the entire trajectory of our hiring process. I was initially daunted by the proposition but the environment and team here is so supportive that I'm achieving goals that I thought would come years down the line.

Cons

We're still very much a start-up mentality so things move very quickly.
