Fantastic workplace atmosphere, everyone is bought in on the mission, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, CEO who knows how to connect with employees, product that is disrupting an industry.

Cons

None so far. The company is growing very fast and things happen quickly, need to be able to adapt to change. May not be for everyone.

Pros

Compass has the potential to be a truly disruptive company in one of the oldest and least tech-influenced industries - real estate. I'm especially impressed by the quality of the team - from execs on down - and to the authentic commitment to building a great culture.

Cons

You need to be ready for a fast paced startup environment and all that entails. Not a con but it's a real thing.

Compass is creating something truly different in Real Estate. You will be surrounded by people who are both incredibly smart but also incredibly collaborative. It is truly a world class staff. The engineering team is top notch and the company is set on winning with technology but also realizes RE is a people business and needs to high touch. Compass is taking old problems and solving them in new innovative ways. Be ready to work hard, fast and smart. The executives are incredibly supportive and dead set on winning. The benefits are amazing and so are the offices. Overall an amazing place to learn, work, and grow.

Cons

Be ready for a very fast pace, not a con for those that enjoy it!
