      - Amazing talent at all levels - Innovative technology, and becoming more impressive all the time - Culture, values, commitment to diversity - Mission-driven, employees are excited to reinvent the industry and help everyone find their place in the world

      Cons

      Rapid growth can occasionally lead to a disconnect with respect to understanding the chain of command - learning who does what can be challenging.

      Pros

      This is a high-growth company and with that comes a lot of opportunity for a hard working, career-minded person. With expansion planned for 10 new markets in the next three years, it's easy to see this trend continuing. The benefits and culture are also top-notch, they really take care of their employees.

      Cons

      You need to be prepared to put in the time. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done, therefore, days can be long. At Compass, you feel like you're apart of something bigger than you, so you'll be compelled to take on more, develop a better system, reach for that next big idea.

      Pros

      I feel like I'm working at Google in the early 2000's. This little gem of a company that is just getting started that then grows into a world-class juggernaut. The people are so smart and motivated. And they are also kind and thoughtful. Very hard to find this combination. Compass is a great company that I'm proud to work for.

      Cons

      Things move quickly and there is a lot of work to do. The company is still working out some kinks (like all companies are) but overall moving in the right direction.
